Here's trick: using two layers (an internal one made of glass and an external made of polypropylene) separated by a layer of air, the Recolte Double Wall Glass Kettle keeps the water inside free of all odors, including those from the plastic itself, and creates a safe temperature barrier between the hot water and your hands.
